All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

At this time, we can only ship to US addresses.

Prices, as shown, do not include sales tax. New Jersey orders will be charged New Jersey state sales tax.

All prices are subject to change. E. Christopher and Sons are not responsible for any misprints, typos or errors found in our website pages. We are not responsible for errors in published pricing. If an error occurs, you will be notified, and asked to confirm your order, at the correct price, before your order is shipped.

Shipping

At this time, we can only ship to US addresses.

Unless otherwise arranged, shipping is done by US Priority Mail, insured, and must be signed for upon receipt.

Return Policy

Any item, other than special orders, may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of date received as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, and has not been altered or damaged in any way. Please note that special orders cannot be returned. Please call or e-mail before returning an item to receive a return authorization number, otherwise the package cannot be accepted. An item that is not in its original condition is not eligible for refund or exchange. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.

We will make every attempt to keep current with availability of one-of-a-kind pieces. When ordering, please notify us as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail, so that we may reserve the piece you are requesting. In the event that the piece you want is no longer available, we will contact you promptly. It is sometimes possible to offer you a similar piece.

Many of our one-of-a-kind pieces can be reproduced in a similar manner. Please email us for availability of more than one of a stated "one-of-a-kind" or "unique" piece.

Ring Sizing

Many of our rings are available in many sizes, or can be sized to fit (at no additional cost to you). (Please note that any ring that has been sized per your request is considered a special order, and is therefore not returnable.) However, some rings cannot be sized in the typical way, so these rings are offered only in the size shown. Sometimes it is possible to offer to make you a similar piece. If you would like to make a request, please contact us by e-mail.
